Coach Aliou Cissé hopes to count on a hot public for the baptism of fire at Stade Abdoulaye Wade Stadium on the occasion of the return leg of the double confrontation between Senegal and Egypt in the 2022 World Cup play-offs.

It’s definitely a final! The futuristic town of Diamniadio is hosting Senegal’s second leg against Egypt, four days after the Teranga Lions’ defeat at the International Stadium in Cairo. On this occasion, coach Aliou Cissé sent a strong message to the supporters of the reigning African Champions.

“Those who come to the stadium in a suit and tie, whether they give way to the supporters or come dressed in the national colors ready to support the whole match”said Aliou Cissé in remarks relayed by the Senegalese journalist Babacar Ndaw Fayeand World Eleven. The public of the Stade Abdoulaye Wade should therefore give a hostile reception to the band of Mohamed Salah.
