War in Ukraine: when Depardieu turns his back on Poutine

While he had shown himself to be particularly discreet about Russia’s invasion of Ukraine until now, Gérard Depardieu, whose closeness to Vladimir Putin is well known, has made a name for himself with a particularly noticeable media outing.

In a press release sent to AFP on Thursday March 31, the actor who will perform for three concerts on the stage of the Champs-Elysées theater on April 1, 2 and 3, condemned the decisions of the President of the Russian Federation.

If necessary, we are ready to tell him and explain it to him so that he understands better“, was moved the spokesperson in remarks reported by Le Figaro.
